Invitation-Only Registration: Access to Mercando is by invitation only. You may only create an account if you have received a valid invitation from an authorized administrator.
Business Email Required: You must register using a valid business email address. Personal email addresses from providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or similar services are not permitted.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Our Platform: The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Mercando and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Encryption: We offer encryption options to protect your documents. You are responsible for managing your encryption keys if you choose to use client-side encryption.

Pricing: Subscription fees are based on the plan selected by your organization. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Disclaimer: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MERCANDO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Cap: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting your organization's administrator.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with notice.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mercando operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before the changes take effect by email or through the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
